The Pels only won 1 less game than the Lakers this year in spite of Zion hardly playing . They made the playoffs last year, again without Zion, and pushed the top seed to 6 games.

The Pels lasted longer in the playoffs last year than they did in all of Davis's seasons with the Pels except 1.

Sample size matters. With only 46 playoff games in year 11 he can't be considered a playoff star no matter what his averages are.
