This guy is so good I dislike Nick Wright and Chris Broussard a little bit less.
People catch osmosis empathy just by being in his area.

Was thinking this recently too. First Things First is actually watchable and kind of funny unlike the other trash.
Wildes is a dork but has a good sense of humor and keeps it somewhat entertaining. Keeps the show on a positive vibe. It's everything Skip Bayless, SAS etc lack.

Nick Wright was trash unless he was messing with Nakatomi Plaza and Broussard was a ginger vwraion or Mark Jackson without the pedigree…
BUT
Wildes reigns them in, sauteing the bitter taste they leave in your mouth with his KW special sauce making it a tasty meal.
