Greater All-Time Network of the Big 3? ABC; CBS; NBC
I thought long and hard about adding FOX but they just don't have the longevity and classics.
I think I came up with about 43-45 shows per network. I couldn't add everything, mostly the timeless shows.
Which network would win the all-time war? Feel free to add if you see a show that isn't here.

Is it based on what I'd watch or cultural impact? In terms of the latter, it's between CBS and NBC.

for me they all had a special place. When I was 4-6 years old NBC had a late afternoon movie... always in front of the color TV.
ABC had televised the first NBA games , and Wide world of Sports, and American Sportsman w/godey

A little bit of both. Who had the better programming throughout the years.

It's funny cuz I loved NBA on NBC. I also loved Jay Leno. It's a nice amount of work to put all those shows up there. I suppose I am very pro NBC, but Peacock has 2 many ads. The best streams are like Reelz where you don't even have to ffwd through ads, they are just cut out.
I forgot what network had stuff like xmen on Sat morning. I think it might've been fox? That was one of the few times I switched it up. But yea... Golden girls BANGER. Seinfeld BANGER. Price is right BANGER. They held you down from sunup to down. UNSOLVED MYSTERIES. Don't hate. Dude in his trench coat. There were some OK sit coms on the other channels, but overall yea has to be da NBC. Now that stuff is irrelevant, tho. I kinda wonder if this has a lot to do with when you grew up as well, tho.

MTV in its hey day was the greatest mainstream cable network channel ever.
You can talk all you want about the big basic networks and their programming but networks like MTV, CNN, and ESPN are what revolutionized television

NBC.
That NBC list is missing The Office too. And their late night material is dominant, considering they also had the best of the Letterman and Conan eras.
They're almost certainly the worst of the three on the news front.

NBC during the 90s was the shit, Seinfeld, SNL and the NBA on NBC

I hate MTV with a passion. Not only did they ride and promote heavy metal (mostly glam metal TBH) during the late 80s up until it became "uncool" But they pretended like they never were into metal once grunge became the in thing. Two faced c*nts, glad they're irrelevant now

A few omissions I’ll add:
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was a Saturday morning institution for CBS in the late 80s/early 90s.
Boy Meets World and Step by Step had long runs as TGIF classics for ABC. Not quite as iconic as Full House and Family Matters but still very popular in their heyday.
Wheel of Fortune is game show royalty and altho it’s been aired on multiple networks it originated with NBC.

MTV hasn't been relevant in two decades. CNN and ESPN will never go away from sports and news.
USA Network and TBS are probably greater stations than MTV.

GTFOH. There's no way your family had a color TV when you were 4 to 6 years old. That's how we know you're an alt.
The first color tv came out in 1953-54, and cost over $10,000 when adjusted for inflation.
