Hard to give someone like curry a peak considering he's the best shooter the NBA has ever seen.
Physically he probably is past his peak though.

No. All the running around he does off the ball will get harder and harder. I think 2021 might have been the last year of his "peak". He was a MVP finalist he just didn't have much help.

It’s impossible to say without being in his body (and frankly Id rather be in Lebron’s) since people age differently.
Fans tend to assume the average age people drop off physically is the age EVERYONE drops off physically. But thats really not true at all. Some are physically declining at 33, 34, some are still lingering in peak form. Obviously Curry’s skillset isnt disappearing any time soon. Whether his stamina, quickness, reaction time etc are starting to shrink is hard to say just yet. If it is, it’s still at the rate where only he’d notice it. It’s not something that’s become outwardly obvious yet as far as I can tell.

He isn't at his peak but he's arguably as good. His strength allows him to fight off challenges and keep the ball secure and he's a better passer as well. However, he was quicker from 2015-2017 and that should not be underestimated. Ben Taylor has a good video on present Steph.

Yup.
Curry was a late bloomer. In college he could've passed for a sophomore in high school. Same thing with Steve Nash. Some people just reach physical maturity earlier.

Steph's already peaked, but I think he's still capable of playing at a very high level up until to his late 30's

Unfortunately, his primary screensetters are getting old at this point too. While the young guns aren't quite familiar with setting up screens for him yet.

Mentally he’s definitely peaked, since he still dances after making a shot with his team down 15, flexes after his teammates cut the lead for him, then pouts if the other team starts pulling away again. So I dont think thats gonna end up changing at this point.
If Curry actually had any kind of an edge to him he might have ended up in the GOAT discussion. Or at least the discussion for who’s second after LeGOAT.
