Knicks played tough, I always want to see a blowout but the Cs showed some resilience. Excellent debut by porzingis. In fact he just set the record for points scored in a Celtics first game (previous record holder was apparently Dominique Wilkins, go figure). Celtic defense wasn't truly bad but the Knicks hit threes like I've never seen from them before.

Porzingis played very well in his debut.

Jrue also is an unheralded here for this game. Even though its not on the stat sheet, his defense was insane this game.

For real. I saw so many possessions where Julius Randle had Jrue on him. Jrue cooked his ass defensively and didn't budge at all.
