I consider Biden LESS bad than Trump, but still way too bad for me to vote for in good conscience. He's guilty of genociding the Palestinians (among many other things), just can't vote for that kind of monster even if the alternative is worse.

Those tax cuts extend to all private businesses and corporations. That includes big business as well as small business. When business owners pay lower taxes and get to keep more of their money, it makes it easier to do more business. When taxes are high and regulations are strict, it becomes harder. Republicans would rather have the money circulate in the private sector than give it to the government who will no doubt either misspend it or outright steal it.
