New years resolutions for 2024

I know its became a cliche and most people dont actually stick to them past the 1st month but there's still something about looking at the calendar and seeing that fresh start ahead

focus on health, give up the bad food, eat healthy, wake up early, lift, run... repeat everyday.

Avoid the resolutionists and college kids home from school at the gym, if possible. Luckily, their shelf life is about 3 weeks.

Less dabs, more edibles.

Less carbs, more protein.

Drinking more water.

Having over 3 days per week with 3+ gasms/day.

Cut out about 75% of my curse words.

Pray more frequently.
