Default US poised to see record drop in yearly homicides

    https://abcnews.go.com/US/homicide-n...y?id=105556400

The homicide rate in the United States is expected to plummet nearly 13% compared to 2022

Huge drop in Big City homicide this year.

According to DPD, there were 252 homicides in the City of Detroit last year, the fewest since 1966 and down 18.4% compared to 2022.

Yes, there was a rise in rates across the US during the pandemic, but now we are declining below pre-pandemic levels.

Bad news for Republicans running on the platform that crime since January 20, 2021 has been the worst in history and continues to get much much worse each year.

Wow. And crime is still up since 2020 and the race riots.

Well it makes sense a decline would follow a spike, given those involved in the spike are now dead or imprisoned.

Trump hate was so strong that it triggered BLM and twink white supporter liberals to tear and burn down cities. Leading to massive crime.

Trump supporters haven't been tearing anything down over Biden. We honestly don't even care since he's such a joke it's not worth getting mad over.

Off the Court (who used to post under his MaxFly account) is like a person that sets a pile of dry leaves on fire, and then quickly douses it out with his garden hose and tells everyone that he put out a fire today and saved the whole neighborhood from going up in flames.

The US, (as well as most Western countries) are having a record number of excess deaths. Even more so than during the "pandemic."

I'm glad that Blade is still alive.

Excess deaths are the number of deaths above the average rate at our population level.

We are dying below what is expected.

Cardiovascular deaths in particular are falling sharply.
