What if NBA basketball follow soccer in terms of timeout and substitution?

Zero timeout and once you substitute a player he cannot go back in before the quarter is over. Max of 5x subs per quarter.

I think this will vastly improve the game with a lot less interruptions. Of course, less ads $$ but that's another topic.
