I ONLY get headaches when I crack (unintentionally) vertebrae above C7. Sadly, ANY time any vertebrae above that crack, terrible hours long headache.

I chalk it up to an old kickboxing injury. Never got knocked out, despite sparring with Patrick Barry and Matt Mitrione. But def took some sort of damage that ONLY activates with neck cracking.

I do have neck issues, but having a headache after sex is very common from what I researched. They’re called Exertion Headaches. Kind of like when you’re weightlifting and you let go of your last rep and boom….headache.

This happens to me from time to time especially if I’m going full beast mode so I can finish quicker.
