this kind of shlt is not acceptable. without order there is chaos. too many people live in chaos and think its cool to behave in a manner where violence is an acceptable form of conflict resolution.

If that were my son holy moly he'd be grounded in ways I can't even think of off the top of my head - owe that teacher a laundry list of reparations and since the video has been filmed and publicly shared I'd force a public apology out of him with ensuing follow up videos of owning up to what he did with progress towards making the situation right IE "today I did yard work for the teacher / today I washed the teachers car / etc" and that's in addition to whatever punishment the school and community doled out.
