Liberal screams as Donald Trump is sworn in as President
TDS is very real thing. It's her world, yet Trump won.
I wish there was a camera on this person when Trump tilted his head as the bullet flew through the air.

Are all the 2016 election threads deleted? So many regular long term posters rage quit ISH within days of the election. Even LakersLegend disappeared for 6 months afterwards

Several left. A few came back under new accounts like Off the Court. DonDadda/SomeBlackDude went into hiding after believing that Trump would round up all Black people.

MAGAS are waxing nostalgic for 2016 because 2024 is a non-stop shit storm for their cult leader.

I remember talking about 2016 and telling people that it was possible. I remember saying something about him winning Pennsylvania and some poster went in on me like ahahaha that’ll never happen, etc. I think some people are still around, but they changed names.
The thing about ‘tds’ is some people hate Trump, but it’s also their ego for being so wrong and making such an ass out of themselves. For some reason, they think Trump going to jail, losing, whatever, makes them less wrong.

If you notice all the people who have TDS…have a big ego themselves.
Trump’s inflated ego collides with theirs and their brain glitches out.
Have you ever seen a humble person with TDS?

This is true. The people who like Trump have tiny egos and are submissive to him.

Some are. There is a different 'like Trump' person. Trump is absolutely fascinating as a historical figure. IMO he was a necessary step in what we are going through. It doesn't have to do as much with Trump himself, but he played the role well.
It sounds funny, but I feel like dude is going to be looked at much differently in historic terms, assuming they don't just delete dude like a statue.
There are definitely 'possibilities' that are like well Trump is just a false choice candidate, and maybe that's true, but the fact is that we chose it. We chose the closest thing to an independent (which is wayyy more consequential, given our political system, than picking someone of a certain race / gender; remember how people wanted Ross Perot? Even as a kid I knew it'd be cool, but I also knew it could never happen) because we were so sick of the status quo. We are more sick now, even though Trump's appeal is waning (because let's be real dude got old and he's more limited. There is no one to take his place atm.)
We are at a strange place in history, and someone was gonna step up into that role, but that it would be DONALD TRUMP is pretty hilarious. But I support him haha.
Check it. I was gonna post this somewhere else, but give this a read: so, in 2016, Bernie could have been the candidate. I don't support Bernie, per se, but I respect that he seems to believe in something. I might have even supported his candidacy; I think he could have deserved a chance. They put him on the shelf for hillz. That was imo the first wack swap out. Then they did Biden. No ****ing way that clown should have ever been president, even if he 'polled the best.' It had to do with them manipulating people with the media and not shining a light on the fact he was truly senile, even then. And now they swapped him out, too. So, since 2016, we are on some 'we ain't even looking for the best candidate / highest chance of winning' (which is how democracy works heh.) It can be done because the other side is "OR TRUMP."
We are absolutely in bizarro world politically, and everyone should accept that. Getting over emotional about it does not help anyone. We gotta figure out how to come together and get our country to work, where they put forth the best candidates. Even if they are gonna run the same policies, at least they could let us choose people we actually want opposed to shoving someone down our throat. OR TRUMP.

Yeah we have crossed over into the social media phase of politics, where there are a multitude of people with big voices and influence out there who shouldn't have big voices or any influence. Anyone can launch themselves into fame, and we have to witness every retarded opinion out there. Where as before all the extremists and tin foil retards out there where hidden from us.

Question is will that scream be Trumpeters come November? They already had that moment in 2020 to Grandpa Joe. Imagine if it's to KAMALA HARRIS this year

I’m gonna be as shocked as I could be over a political event, but I doubt it will affect my life. I don’t see how she can win, but I know it’s possible. It just seems so crazy. Maybe if she takes some popular positions, but as of now it’s like eeehh.

I think he's going to move up from the bottom of the barrel for US Presidents. While we don't know the long term consequences of the Trump regime I doubt he'll be looked at favorably at any point in time.
He's not Obama who frankly in hindsight his regime has been the greatest of the last 50 years. But it's also not going to be like Clinton/Reagan who left Office on a high and the long term issues with policy has tarnished those legacies.

you gotta look further out. It really depends on what becomes of this 'people v THE MAN' battle going on. Like ASS DAN is posting about MAGA being over. It's like... I dunno what MAGA is, even, but I laid out why I was like yooo. Since 2016 (and probably before, but especially 2016 on,) shit has been weird. Our government isn't acting in ways that are normal; things are seeming 'less democratic' in regards to how they are doing everything, including how they pick their candidates. I want that to change, obviously.
IF things do change and somehow the proverbial swamp is drained or, at least, they have to release their media/academia stranglehold, I think Trump will be looked at as at least a harbinger of the change. That's what I mean. I'm talking like 'true history,' the trajectory of our nation, not presidential ranking.
And lol at Laker Legend: the fact that you would say 'MAGA bubble' to anyone is telling. What the **** is a MAGA bubble? Do you really think that people who think this Kamala shit is (I can't even say the word weird anymore in regards to them aiye) ****ed up are all in a MAGA bubble? It seems like it shouldn't have been possible, and that's even assuming she was a good candidate, but the fact that she isn't... the fact that she has taken no policy positions, yeah that's a bit strange that people think they want her as president atm. But I dunno what else to say. Carry on with the Maga v Democracy thing.
