All government employees was fine to say that Haitian immigrants "have to take a test" to get their US drivers license but refuse to say anything but that, it's a giveaway that there's some bad practice going on and there some kind of BS about that test - probably that it's made in way so it's very easy for the Haitians to get a US drivers license.

I'm not a lawyer and am rarely in court, so don't really care.

What’s funny is the left tried to pull this same thing on RFK JR. saying he was eating dogs in some exotic place.

Seriously did we all not witness the MSM smear Kennedy for allegedly eating dogs?

And we still have no one saying their cat or dog was eaten.
Run into the police station and tell them, "haitians are eating dogs. " When they ask you whose dog is being eaten tell them you don't know. When they ask you which specific Haitian at the dog tell them that you don't know. And when they ask which dog was eaten tell them that you don't know. Do you think you're going to get anything beyond an upload to YouTube? And yet this has become one of the focal points of current presidential political discussion. It's really just about racist idiots that the Right can no longer keep on the fringes of their party.

Thing is RFK smeared himself with the bear incident and saying his own brain was being eaten by worms. His daughter said he cut off the head of a whale. He's wreaked plenty of havoc on his own reputation. I won't say that he ate a dog but with the bear and whale incidents along with self-reported brain damage it's not much of a stretch.

For someone like me, it's quite refreshing. You have the activist CNN people, who are expert at manipulating speech, lying by omitting, and twisting words, to make certain political figures look good, even if that political figure has stolen valor. It's the reason why they have their jobs. Going up against a person who straightens the actual meaning back, every single time, and in doing so making the host look like an idiot (while not being rude). That's very powerful. And like I've mentioned before, I've had people in real life, loud people, unable to speak and start destroying stuff. So I kind of understand that the host is probably seething.

So Trump points out migrant crime, which is a must to do, and you think that it's a win moment for Kamala because they 'clapped back' with he's a criminal? That's like Blade logic/thinking. (No, I'm not calling you mentally crippled, like Blade) They're going to brand Trump a criminal, through pure corruption that the vast majority of reasonable people see through, and you're just going to accept that as a good example due to the superficial optics of the moment?

So Kamala is going to smear and lie, lie, lie. Blatantly. But it's a win, due to the optics of the moment.

I just can't view things that way, because if someone is being so manipulative, not answering questions, not giving anything of substance, is depending on people being suckers, like Blade and Off the Court. Talking a big game about how they're going to change things that they can put a stop to right now (open borders). If they are full of shit, how am I going to think that that person won?

She looked fake and rehearsed, with nothing spontaneous, but I understand that people in the main are not going to see that, and are going to judge by the fake gotcha moments that the media amplify as a major win.

My point is that people are judging it in a superficial way, a performance, while deep down understanding, that Trump provided more substance and actually said things that will stick in their mind. Things that play better in clips.

You're going to have clips of Kamala saying that Trump is a felon. Ok, that's something that we have been seeing for months. Not new. But with Trump, what you have are clips of Trump talking about, say the open borders and the chaos that it's causing. Actual real things.

When the memories of the debate fade, what message are the people left with?
Yup completely what I was referring to in my other post...which is kinda funny that immediately after RRR3 calls me "dumb as a rock" and JD "retarded." Definition of a no power, fragile emotional response with no substance...typical of Democrat responses this election cycle. I know in debate, once you respond with personal attacks or positions of authority, you've already lost and that's a trap I really don't see Vance falling into despite the reporter reacting in these ways. He's just very composed and I agree it's impressive and powerful to watch. Ironically kind of reminds me of Obama in terms of speaking but sure...Demos can call JD "weird" since he's not on their side

I think you have a good point with what will stick out to people post-debate. I know what stuck with me is how easily Trump fell for the bate and let his ego lead, which does worry me for him moving forward and makes me wonder if he's as sharp as he was in his 2016 presidency (he CLEANED UP in debate settings).

It also sticks out to me, as you mentioned, the inconsistencies and disingenuous nature of Harris' actions and replies. Even with policy she talks about how she will spend LARGE sums of money and gift it to certain people (which ironically caused this inflation mess in the first place), but then won't speak on where this will come from. My worry is lesser thinkers or victim mentality people will see this and immediately latch on because they think it will make their lives better. They won't realize that it means they will have LESS money if they do get to a stable place in terms of taxes, property values (people think home price but not about how that affects property tax), and increased inflation over everyday items.

Idk I think how you feel coming out of this debate depends on how much faith you have in independents to think critically about issues. Me personally, I'm more of a pessimist so I think this + media continuing to show clear favoritism means Trump likely loses. I hope I'm wrong and people can see through the clear lies and look at their own lived experiences of what life was like between the two presidencies because it's...significant to say the least. I guess we'll see

Honestly I don't care too much about the pet issue in the grander scheme of things and I've never made any claims about how much it's happened or how real it is. Actually, the only person I've seen on here describing the volume of the issue as being rampant and a cat eating pandemic is RMWG, though he might have been basing it on that one interview where a guy said a woman used to have around 50 cats near her house but now only has like 5.

It's just funny seeing dems of ISH going full red fking alert like this issue was a Hunter Biden laptop, maybe your heart rate goes up by one for every cat meme you see I dunno, but you're all over the place with one guy saying it couldn't happen because Haitians don't eat cats, you saying it's impossible because cats don't come close to people(lol) and someone else talking about how it doesn't matter because Americans eat meat too.

We can talk about the geese being taken instead, there's a police report on someone seeing that happen at a Springifield park and I posted a police call which confirmed this yesterday.
Or we can talk about the most important stuff: Americans being evicted from their apartments because landlords get 5x the rent from the govt to house Haitians instead. We can also talk about Haitians causing havoc and killing people due to unchecked crazy driving because the govt wants to make it as easy as possible for them to get drivers licenses, I think those things are much more serious and affecting more people.

JD Vance isn't stupid, he's just full of shit. Even a smart person can have a hard time when they are trying to say things they don't truly believe in all of the time and are frequently answering questions off the cuff.

I’m just saying left wing media used the same exact tactic with the RFK dog story. Which is dig into every American’s primal disgust of eating pets and using it for sensational political purposes without any definitive proof. It even had the foreign aspect too. He did it in the jungle.

Not only does Kamala have the momentum now. But on Monday the Fed is expected to announce the lowering of interest rates. Which will in turn send an already high stock market to brand new highs. Jobs report just came in fresh. Mortgage rates were just lowered 6.2% on a 30 year, down from 7.2% a year ago.

And the big one, the inflation rate just fell to 2.5%, we are officially at pre-covid inflation and the soft landing happened.

We two more months of a soaring economy for the population to absorb which will feel like a lifetime to voters.

You're allegedly not for either side so why give a fukk what either side has to say? Why should we care about what you think of someone's political opinions that don't involve you and your stance?
