Well not only that but McDonalds is a franchise based company some stores are corporate owned others private. I can see a WALLMART having a centralized system with all the employees...but McDonalds, Subway, or Wendy's

The way restaurant franchises work is you buy the franchise you still are running the restaurant. The employment records of the people that work there might not go to a central location as it depends on who owns and opperates the restaurant...the franchisee or the corporation.



650 restaurants are owned by McDonalds out of 13,000 so we don't know how many of those 13000 restaurants are sending employee information to a company when they aren't employees of McDonalds but rather the owner of the Franchisee.
