Hunter Biden to change plea to guilty in tax fraud case.
He was back in court this morning for his 9 counts of tax fraud. Jury selection was supposed to happen but looks like that won't be necessary for the crackhead. There's no plea deal in place at this point... he's looking at 17yrs in prison.

They say he's taking the Alford plea which means:
a guilty plea in which a defendant maintains their innocence but admits that the prosecution's evidence would likely result in a guilty verdict if brought to trial.
Judge more than likely will be pissed cause him not doing this months ago and dragging it out cost taxpayers about 3mil.

Bad news for everyone that still cares: Biden is going to pardon him the day after the election.

Can you imagine how outraged you would be right now if this was Donald Trump Jr. or Eric Trump and Donald Trump were to pardon them? You would be bleeding out of all your holes and blowing a gasket. Boston would go nuclear with your rage.

This means nothing without Biden as the nominee.

No, Trump has pardoned his fair share of scumbags. I think I read about a guy he pardoned that was responsible for an undercover cop getting killed got busted last week for beating his woman. Or something like that. Parsons are normally granted to scumbags with connections regardless of who is in power. They are in jail for a reason you know?

He pleads guilty on all 9 fraud charges straight up... no Alford involved. Sentencing December 16th.

And the law grants the president the power to pardon. The only thing stopping Biden now that he's a lame duck is loyalty to the Democrat party, not wanting to create tough questions for Harris. Once the election is over he's going to do whatever he wants regardless of who wins. Very few people would let their son rot in prison if they had the power to keep that from happening. The man who has already had his wife, daughters and a son die is not one of them.

For the record I absolutely agree that the pardon power should not exist, just so that no one is confused. Just pointing out that it does and is going to be used.
