Man, that just isn't how war works. If you have the chance of taking out a terrorist cell, you do it. It's no different than the United States taking out Al-Qaeda or ISIS. You don't let those people live and kill your people down the road. It's foolish to think that terrorist groups like Hezbollah and Hamas want peace with Israel. They want Israel dead, gone, eliminated. Israel isn't just going to stand around and let that happen.
