You need to change the thread title, other stuff gets talked about like TNA,ROH,OVW and the rest.

This should be kept for all the latest news and videos, but i think we should still have a main thread each week for Raw and one every month for a PPV.

I started two "official pro wrestling" discussion threads and neither of them worked. What's the difference?

Jake Roberts and Raven 2 of the greatest Ring Psychologists of all time.

1.Jake "Snake" Roberts- He is probably the greatest ring psychologists of all time. Roberts was known for his promos and his dark charisma, his extensive use of psychology in his matches, and for inventing the DDT finishing maneuver.

Jake Roberts is credited with training Diamond Dallas Page and Raven, as well as teaching much about wrestling psychology to Steve Austin and The Undertaker. Roberts was mostly famous for having a pet snake that he brought inside the ring. My favorite feud of Jake is with the Randy Savage and his feud with the Undertaker.

Favorite Quote" The biggest man does not always win; no he doesn't! The Strongest man does not win but check this out brother the smartest one the coldest man always come on top." Watch this short ride bad landing when i hook the DDT big men.

Unfortunately for Jake Roberts he never won any belt in the federation due to the fact that during that time

    2. Raven- Scott Levy was a manager in the WWF in the early 1990'in the name of Johhny Polo. He gain wider recognition when he debuted as Raven in the OLD ECW. Raven began portraying a depressed, nihilistic, sadistic, misanthrope. He made his debut with Stevie Richards, attacking Tommy Dreamer and claiming Dreamer was his enemy when they were children at Summer Camp. He also debuted with the valet, Beulah McGillicutty, a girl who liked Dreamer as a child, but was now seeking revenge. Raven and Dreamer had a great deal of matches with Raven coming out victorious every time. Another major ECW feud was with Sandman. Raven "brainwashed" Sandman's son to join his cult-like following and turned him against his father.

Raven got at Sandman by having his son deny his relationship with his father and perform Raven's taunt to slowly eat away at his father. This led to many bloody matches, in which Sandman's son interfered to help his father. After the match, the two embraced, but Raven came from behind with a Kendo Stick, and smacked his enemy. Steven Richards and the Blue Meanie came out with a giant wooden cross and tied Sandman down to it. They then lifted it up and "crucified" him, to which the fans gave a negative reaction.

Raven is definitely one of the most underrated heel of all time beside being a multiple time champion in ECW he never have the same recognition as the other top heel in the business.

He also credited as the founding father of the Raven's Nests most famously known as the Raven's Flock in the WCW. Scott Levy is an intelligent man beside being a good wrestler you can see that his character is one of the darkest mind in pro wrestling.

Vince's Illegitimate Daughter, WWE Releases, & More
    08/07/2007 by Ryan Clark

The release of Aaron "Idol" Stevens came as a bit of a surprise to several people, especially considering that it seemed like he was on the brink of getting called back up to the main roster. As noted earlier, Stevens had apparently been told that he was being brought back up to the main roster and was flown to Raw yesterday. However, the tables turned on Stevens and at some point on Monday afternoon he was given his release from the company. Still no word yet on what caused his release. He was OVW champion earlier this year, and had worked the OVW Six Flags show this past Friday. It is unknown as to how long he was under contract to them, but he had been working with WWE in some capacity since 2002 when he impressed officials with his work as an enhancement wrestler on various episodes of Sunday Night Heat.

WWE has released a new program magazine that features pictures and profiles of everyone in WWE. The magazine features the updated rosters from the WWE Draft Lottery. The printing of magazine was delayed for a few weeks due to the sudden roster reshuffling, not to mention the Chris Benoit tragedy. The magazine is available at live events and should be available at WWEShop.com soon.

In the May/June 2003, there were plans for a storyline in which Vince McMahon would have an illegitimate daughter. The storyline came really close to happening as they had the person for the role and they even flew her to several SmackDown tapings with the intent of debuting her on television. However, things would always change at the last minute and WWE never pulled the trigger on the storyline. The person they had in mind for the role was a blonde women's wrestler in Ohio Valley Wrestling by the name of Nikita Fink. She never made it to the big show as she was released in March 2004. She's now doing monster truck racing like Madusa.

The story written prior to the Benoit tragedy had a current Raw superstar being revealed as Vince McMahon's "illegitimate child." Believe it or not, at that time, the plan was to reveal Mr. Ken Kennedy as Vince's "son." Yes, Kennedy. The plan may have changed, but that was the storyline worked out as of a few months ago.
