    WWE Outstanding News

-Mark Henry's contract is about to end and he still has not entered into negotiations for a new deal. His upcoming match with the Undertaker could be his last in the WWE.

-Look for a Ric Flair retirement storyline to start very soon. The plan is to kick off the angle and finish it up between the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania.

-Monday Night was a test run to see how JR and Tazz would work as a team. Apparently Vince has wanted to break up JR and Lawler for a while due to feeling that they are too Southern, which Kevin Dunn doesn't like. If they split the team, Lawler would go to ECW to work with Joey Styles and also wrestle from time to time. Dusty Rhodes really wants Lawler with the ECW brand. Obviously JR and Lawler are very close, and it is imagined that neither would be happy with the change.

The Smackdown vs. Raw video game may miss its November deadline due to Chris Benoit. Vince McMahon wants him removed from the game, but to have him removed would require the game being delayed, which means that they would miss out on the 2007 holiday season revenue, which is always the most lucrative quarter for video games.

-Stephanie McMahon I pushing hard for D-Lo Brown to be rehired and pushed as a mid-card act on Raw. He recently worked some dark matches for the company.

-Harry Smith, Teddy Hart and Nattie Neidhart are working under the name Hart Foundation 2.0. They are looking to bring them up to the main roster, and are working hard to get Bret Hart to work an introduction angle in trade for WWE promoting his new book, due out in October. If Bret will not do it, Jim Neidhart is very willing to come in and do the Angle. Michael Hayes is very high on Teddy Hart as he reminds Hayes of his World Class persona and "lives the gimmick."

-TJ Wilson, who has basically been considered a member of the Hart family and is dating Nattie, will not be included in the group as first thought. Instead he will be brought up to the roster as a cruiserweight on Smackdown

-The former Rosey got a dark match at Raw and was backstage at Smackdown this week. He has dropped a ton of weight and the company is considering bringing him back in.

-Mick Foley has been trying to obtain a more regular role on Raw. Vince McMahon doesn't feel it is a good idea because while Foley was a big deal, he doesn't connect that well with fans in 2007.

-The plan is for the Highlanders to move to Smackdown, which s why they have been on the losing end of things on Raw recently.

-Extreme Expose may do a group Photo Shoot for Playboy in the edition leading up to WrestleMania.

-Matt Sydal has been sent a WWE Developmental Contract. The company is just waiting on him to sign it.

Bret Hart and The Hart Foundation will probably make Shawn Michaels life a living hell. I hope they can add Chris Jericho as one of the mentor of the Hart Foundation because Teddy Hart is the only member who can be charismatic in the mic.

    WWE Smackdown Tapings Results

Report by: Robert Truesdale and PWInsider.com

-DARK MATCH #1: Rosey vs. Johnny Jeter

Rosey (as in the other guy from 3 Minute Warning and Gregory Helms' ex-tag team partner) entered first, however they did not announce him as Rosey but as some other gimmick

Spoilers Regarding World Title, Edge's Return, More
    08/23/2007 by Steve Carrier

    Source: F4Wonline.com

    - Current plans have Batista taking the title from The Great Khali this weekend at SummerSlam and hold the title until Survivor Series or Armageddon, around the time Edge is set to return. Edge is set to take the title and hold it until WrestleMania 24 where he will defend the title against The Undertaker in the SmackDown main event.

You WILL see both Undertaker and Edge get 1 more reign in the next year. With them recovering, hopefully they are injury-prone for a while. Batista is rumored to win at Summerslam, and keep it to Survivor Series or Armageddon. Edge takes it back, keeps it until Mania while feuding with Undertaker, and then Undertaker wins the title once more at Mania, signaling his possible final run as champ.

I really hope all that will pan out.

rajah.com-- It was reported earlier today that indy wrestler Matt Sydal had signed a developmental deal with WWE. That is actually incorrect as he hasn't signed a contract yet. He's currently on tour in Japan. According to several sources, WWE has sent Sydal a developmental contract and he just has to sign it to be on board with WWE.

Sydal is 24 years old and has been wrestling since 2000. He's billed as being 5-9, but he's actually about 5-6 or 5-7 legit and in the neighborhood of 175 pounds. A few months ago, before the Benoit/Steroids/Congress stuff hit, a memo was sent out to Johnny Ace to only sign people who were at least 6-0 and 240-250 pounds, so this likely acquisition drastically goes against what WWE is typically looking for in a wrestler because they hardly ever sign anybody under 6 feet tall, let alone someone who is 5-7. Back in May, WWE sent some scouts and set up a booth at a fitness expo in Las Vegas in hopes of signing some bodybuilders who didn't even need to have any wrestling experience to land a contract. What with the apparent signing of Sydal, and the possible returns of former WWE stars D-Lo Brown and Rosey -- who aren't bodybuilder types obviously -- it looks like WWE is finally changing their tune on the size requirements of the wrestlers they sign. In other words, they're not just looking at muscle-bound types anymore and are giving less-sculpted wrestlers at least an opportunity.

So let's get this straight, basically they went to a bodybuilding show in hopes of signing some people with NO wrestling experience. So there you have it, folks, WWE could careless about talent. They actually had a height cut off, meaning they would have passed off Jericho's, Harts, Benoits, Guerrero's, Mysterio's, Malenko's, HBK's, British Bulldogs, Pillmans,......instead to try to literally catch lightning in a bottle like they did with guys like Undertaker, Show, and Kane. They just want (or at least before the Benoit thing and congress got up their ass on steroids) big, sweaty, muscular men. Vince must be like, "BONER!"

WWE Wants Bret Hart To Return

The WWE is very interested in bringing back Bret Hart to the company in the near future.

    Bret Hart Skull Wings Shirt

    Hart Foundation 2.0

For those of you that don't know, down in the WWE's developmental territories, there's a stable of young wrestlers known as the Next Generation Hart Foundation.

Don't get offended. Using the name isn't sacrilegious by any means. They're actually related to Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Jim Neidhart, and the British Bulldog.

Harry Smith, Teddy Hart, and Nattie Neidhart comprise of the new version of the Hart Foundation.

Harry Smith is the son of the British Bulldog and Diana Hart. Nattie Neidhart is the daughter of Jim Neidhart. Teddy Hart's mother is Georgia Hart, who is the sister of Bret Hart and Owen Hart.

    See? It's a family affair.

They also have the blessings of Bret Hart to use the gimmick.

If you haven't seen them yet, make sure to check out some videos that are available on the internet. It's a good mark out moment hearing the Hart Foundation theme being used again.

    Being Called Up

The trio is expected to end up on the Smackdown brand as a tag team.

As of now, the new Hart Foundation is expected to start touring with the Smackdown crew before the end of the year. The writers will utilize them during house shows to gauge their ring abilities and crowd reaction. If they do real well, they could be on the actual Smackdown show before Wrestlemania.

The major obstacle the team has to overcome is Teddy Hart's potential for stirring up trouble. During his first stint with the WWE, he was fired for bad behavior. Plus, Teddy Hart still prefers the high spots style of wrestling, much like the X division wrestlers in TNA. The WWE needs him to tone down his style so that he can wrestle in the slower paced matches.

    Bringing In Bret

The WWE wants to bring Bret Hart back to do a storyline where he introduces the new Hart Foundation to the wrestling audience. Without the introduction, it'd be a lot tougher for Teddy Hart, Harry Smith, and Nattie Neidhart to get over.

Being introduced by a WWE legend and actually acknowledging the relationship between the entire family would be a giant step towards helping the young wrestlers connect with the audience.

Bret Hart has stated before that he is done with the WWE, but the opportunity to help kickstart his relatives' career and the the opportunity to market his new book to a large targeted audience might be too much for him to turn down.

With his book scheduled to be released in October or November, the timing would be just right to get all this together.

    Neidhart Is Next

If Bret Hart turns down the offer to come back and introduce the Next Generation Hart Foundation, then the WWE can always turn to Jim Neidhart.

Jim Neidhart still has a close relationship with his daughter. He'd definitely be willing to do whatever he can to help her career in wrestling. Even though Jim Neidhart wasn't nearly as popular as his tag team partner, he still does have some name value within the WWE fanbase.

    Closing Thoughts

It'd be nice if the WWE can get both Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart together to introduce Teddy Hart, Harry Smith, and Nattie Neidhart. The nostalgia alone would create a major mark out moment.

    WWE WWE

    Bret Hart

The best way to get his nieces and nephews over in the WWE would be for him to introduce them to the audience as the new Hart Foundation.

    Jim Neidhart

If Bret Hart turns down the WWE, then their second choice would be the only other surviving member of the Hart Foundation, Jim "the Anvil" Neidhart.

Samoa Joe Not Signing New TNA Contract
    08/25/2007 by Keelan Balderson

    Source: Gerweck.net

TNA favorite Samoa Joe is telling people close to him that he'd rather sign an entry level WWE contract, around $50,000 a year than re-sign with TNA with his current contract.

No doubt if he did go to WWE they'd either stick him in the lower ranks, totally repackage him or both.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

I would like to see him in WWE TV as soon as possible Vince actually like heavyweights who can actually wrestle.

The next BIG Samoan Submission Machine will finally take WWE into the next level of greatness.

I really like Joe as a decent wrestler and he have a decent mic skills either as a cold face or as a tough heel. If i am Vince Mcmahon i will probably give him the enforcer gimmick.

I really hope Mark Henry re-signs with the company, i love this un-beatable silver back gimmick.

And with D-Lo Brown coming back he could team with Mark Henry, thay could then have Shelton Benjiman, Booker and Ron Simmons join them and reform the Nation of Domination.

Remember when Shelton was using a solo gimmick where he wasn't getting pushed cause he was black, this is what the nation are about. And it would have 3 original members, Simmons, Henry and Brown.

Thay could fued with Hart Foundation

Yeah, and Kobe taught him that. That dunk was lame though, the rim was obviously lowered down to 9 feet or something.

Samoa Joe vs. John Cena, GOOD Friends better enemies

    Samoa Joe vs. Shawn Michaels

    Samoa Joe vs. Umaga

Samoa Joe vs. The Undertaker ( I hope taker stick around till 2010)

Samoa Joe vs. CM Punk ( Rematch of one of the greatest match in ROH History)

Samoa Joe vs. HHH ( I can see HHH putting over Joe)

    Samoa Joe vs. Shelton Benjamin

Samoa Joe vs. Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy

    Samoa Joe vs. Edge

    Samoa Joe vs. John Morrison

    Samoa Joe vs. Randy Orton

    Samoa Joe vs. King Booker

    Samoa Joe vs. MVP

    Samoa Joe vs. Bobby Lashley

    Samoa Joe vs. Rey

    Samoa Joe vs. Mr. Kennedy

I think Vince might actually push Samoa to tell TNA that he can make Joe one of the new face of the WWE.

TNA really sucks because like WCW they always push former WWF employees instead of pushing/ giving the belt into their own talent. Beside Samoa Joe has many friends in the WWE like John Cena so their is no problem their because he will be treated well in the WWE. Joe might actually have a monster push because he is better than some of the other big men in the WWE and he also have very powerful personality in his in ring persona.

Samoa Joe shouldn't be allowed to wrestle in the WWE simply because he looks awful.

WWE love pushing Heavyweights who can actually wrestle and Joe have the talent and probably has the best entrance music in prowrestling today. Beside he is one sick individual and could possibly be the next Brock Lesnar.
