Most people are just naming flavors of the week. Honestly, the likes of Miley Cyrus and Lil' Wayne should not be in this thread because they do not have a place in history, at least not anything near significant enough to be rated.

he's overrated because people like you think just cuz he DOESNT rap about *****es and money that it makes him good. his flow and his rhymes are a snoozefest. its just his subject matter that makes him popular with followers like you
