Ali's "out of the ring actions" made the media boost him to the GOAT. He couldn't even take a punch that well. I donno if he's in my top 3 pound-for-pound all time.

If you had some knowledge about boxing you would know that Alis chin was one of the best. Not as good as Chuvalos or Cobbs but not far behind.
