I haven't watched the NBA since Shaq was a rookie, so I'm a little lost on the strengths/weaknesses of all these players. Help is appreciated!
13 teamer h2h? How do you work the matchups with odd number of teams?
Anyhoot. Nice team in a 9 cat league. NBA.com provides plenty of info regarding their stats. game logs are also very helpful, should you find the time.
You have crazy depth at center. Other than grabbing waiver wire players. Trading from strengths gives you an upperhand improving your team. Centers are hard to come by.

If I were you, I'd think about shopping Amare. Cover up Amare from the top of this list:

I still very much like your big men without Stoudamire. Is that group weaker without him? Sure, but I'll take Yao and Dalembert at starting center if I can score another fantastic point guard. So shop him for a premier pg like Deron Williams or Chris Paul. Maybe someone has excess assists and wants to take a flyer on Amare's knee.
So maybe you trade him and get value for him, maybe you keep him and he misses three months. In that situation, either way he's not a starter for you, and you still sit ok with Yao, Haywood, Dalembert and even Wilcox. I'd have some fun and see what I could get for Amare.
