I thought about it. All signs point to watered down expansion era.

That Heat team was so great, that in the ECF they avg. 78pts a game while shooting 38% for the 5 game series.

Even MJ went off that series avg. 30pts on 27fga while shooting 38% ....

That Heat team had the best defense in the NBA. The Bulls were right behind them. So obviously the two best defensive teams would hold eachother to lower scoring than their average.

Absolutely not. I'm not even trying to knock them, because they were all great players, but no sane human being would consider those guys better offensive players than Curry or Durant, or take any pairing of them over a Curry/Durant duo. Add on one of the most lethal shooters ever in Klay, the current Dubs have the obvious advantage
