Default Wolves re-sign Justin Reed

Minnesota Timberwolves Vice President of Basketball Operations Kevin McHale today announced the team has re-signed restricted free agent forward Justin Reed. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Justin showed us that he is a tough competitor on both ends of the floor last season," McHale said. "He is a player who can defend and has a nose for the basket."

Thumbs up Props for Reed

I like the signing of Reed. Watching him play last year, I loved his hussle, especially his ability to move his feat defensively against some very quick perimeter players and his obvious strength. He certainly is not the type of player who will put the Wolves back into the playoffs but every team needs a player like Reed.

This is a great signing. Justin is an awesome player for the Wolves to keep around.

yeah, i like him because he doesn't do too many stupid things and he sticks to what he knows how to do, post up and overpower, and hit wide open jump shots. His shot isn't that bad considering he's wide open everytime they double team Garnett.
