Someone who preys on the underage. 18 is what people besides jstern consider to be adult in terms of consent in America, although we definitely find it wrong if an 18 year old is with someone way older than them nonetheless. And Drake is almost 40.

18 is the federal minimum for producing adult content. It's a law that relates to pornography, not sexual relations which is why it's the one youre most familiar with.

The age of consent in historical and biological terms has generally been lower until recently on the human timeline, the main reason it's become 18 in more urbanized states/cities is more about pumping the population brakes on crowded areas.

Here in Canada, the age of consent is 16 and to avoid potentially stupid situations where a 17-year old Grade 11 student sleeping with a 16 -year old Grade 11 student is charged as statutory rape, there is a clause that an adult can sleep with an underage person as long as the age gap is 5 years or less. So for instance, a 19 year old can legally sleep with a 15-year old but a 20-year old cannot because it's a 5-year gap. It's not perfect but it's a decent way to legislate it.

There is footage of him from over a decade ago hugging and being sexual towards a 17 year old in one of his concerts. He was in his early 20's at the time.
