Well, if there's ever a person who doesn't quite come across vs what's going on inside - it's Musk. The way he (pauses and) talks - he's sounds asperger-ish but underneath is a brilliant mind. The story of how in the beginning of Space X, he couldn't get good/great engineers to work on the rocket/launch and had to do a lot of it himself - is impressive for someone with a physics and economics degree.
