As I've said countless times, there were plenty of opportunities for Hamas to release the hostages and surrender. They chose not to. If a war must be fought, I would rather America's ally be the one who comes out on top.

You see, with a reply like this, you have ulterior motives. Your bias for Israel runs deeper than them just killing more Palestinians than the Palestinians killed Jews. You can't be taken seriously on this topic.

My ulterior motive is for the US to be an unbiased player in the Israel Palestine conflict. I don't like that the Israel lobby has so much influence that we send billions of our taxpayer dollars to the Zionists, that we are so linked together with that genocidal Zionist Netanyahu and his goons. That we keep making enemies in the Muslim world because we refuse to make Netanyahu stop, that we shouldn't even consider war with Iran because the Zionists are pushing towards that...those are my ulterior motives.
That isn't anti-Semitism, I know a lot of Jews don't support Israel's genocide, Bernie Sanders and Mexico's president Claudia Sheinbaum amongst them. I do differentiate between a Jewish normie and a Zionist psycho.
You on the other hand, are convinced that every Palestinian is a terrorist.

Most of them are. You guys are so naive to Islam. These people HATE Jews. Hate them more than the Nazis did. Mohammed, their pedophile prophet led raids to kill and behead Jews. Their holiest of leaders was actually a murderous Warlord. How can a religion that worships a warlord be given the benefit of the doubt in any conflict? It's insane to think that Israel shouldn't be protected at all costs while surrounded by savages who want them dead.
Name me one good thing that has come out if the Islamic world in the last thousand years.

Clearly I got you because you can't answer such a simple question.
I could understand being skeptical of Israel's motives, but surely you must have known that the actions taken on Oct 7 would lead to escalation and that the taking of hostages would spur an extreme and violent reaction.
Now that the dust has cleared, what was even the point? Usually when someone takes hostages they are used as a bargaining chip to help better one's situation, but has anyone's situation really improved? Are the people of that region better off than they were before Oct 7?
And yet throughout it all, there was never ever a call from your side for the hostages to be freed. In fact the opposite was true. Activists and sympathizers on your side tore down pictures of kidnapped hostages. I just think that's really strange behavior from the side that claims they only want to negotiate peace.
There are bad faith actors on all sides here.

i've never condemned israel for taking action. i've also never once defended hamas. i believe hamas should be targeted and eliminated, but not at the cost of killing innocent victims. i would say it's a Shakespearean tragedy but israel has been evil way before october 7, and no, i am not insinuating they deserved to be attacked in such a manner. but the built up frustration from Palestinian people has been almost a century's worth of suffering. to say this conflict began on october 7 is disingenuous. but both sides are to blame for the innocent victims caught in the middle of this conflict. and it's also disingenous to act like israel has not taken this too far. their retaliation was never intended to be just a "strike back" or "revenge" for october 7, it was just an excuse to go all out on a neighbor they have been bullying and killing for almost a 100 years. you guys talk big about islamic nations needing to be kept in check or else....else what? israel needs to be kept in check by the US because we're seeing in real time what happens when they are unchecked. talking about eliminating an entire people. what do the women and kids have to with october 7? this is why context is important to bring up and convenient for you to ignore. just as hamas uses the past 70 years as an excuse to attack israel, israel is using october 7 (a singular event) to continue mass murdering innocent palestinians.
but keep acting ignorant.

Okay so then what is even the point in taking sides if you condemn both parties and declare that both are evil? In the same paragraph you said that both sides are to blame for the innocents caught up in the war, so then why don't you act like that?
You say Hamas must be targeted and eliminated, but unless they willingly surrender then that means Israel has to get it's hands dirty no? Especially when Hamas uses their own civilians as shields?
Let's say Oct 7 happens but Israel decides they're going to carry out a "targeted attack" on Hamas without killing any innocents. What does that plan look like? Keep in mind that Hamas had people in captivity during this time.
Because every time this question is proposed, the answer is almost always "I don't know".

This means nothing. You are ethnically jewish but you reject God.
There are all sorts of people that hate themselves because of their race. Look at how many woke white people suffer from white guilt and support the left's crusade against whiteness.
As a white jew you get to engage both forms of self hatred.
