It's not as hard as it looks when you are standing in one spot with someone passing the ball back to you.
I just played pickup games and didn't practice my shot that way at all. One day a friend of mine wanted to test our shooting so we took turns shooting 10 shots at a time from the college 3
I made 29 out of 30 which surprised me but it's easy to get in a groove with someone passing it back to you.
I would imagine this type of thing is pretty common for pros.

Shows you how stacked the 2017 Warriors were. 2nd best SG in the league at the time, but probably wasn't even the 3rd best player on the team.
