Most of the people in my friend circle are on the right both jewish and non-jewish so either they are supportive of Israel or just don't give a fukk about the noise. The point that I'm trying to make is that first off you don't know much about Israel from a personal standpoint other than what the pundits tell you. You don't personally know any Jews who can tell you their real-world experiences living in Israel and having to deal with terrorist threats from their Islamic neighbors. Also, the United States gave millions to Iran for American hostages and have been giving millions to nations like Pakistan over the years, a country that just attacked Afghanistan and who is always on the brink of a serious scale war with India.

Sorry Fatty. The US did not give a dime of American money to Iran to release the hostages in 1981. The US just unfroze Iranian assets that were imposed at the taking of the hostages. The Iranians just got their own money back.

Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. The fact is they were at war. If you really want to play that game you can point the finger at every country and every people throughout history. Did the U.S. overstep when they nuked Japan? You aren't obligated to go easy on your opponent during wartime. Ideally you want to target just their military operations, but that becomes kind of difficult when Hamas uses civilian facilities for their military operations.

As an american living in 2025, knowing full well the history of our country, it's kind of ridiculous for any one person to be asking this question. I love my country but I also know we have a lot of blood on our hands. That is the reality. People can either accept that or don't.
