Let me lead into this by saying I realize it's pretty ridiculous that all this would happen, but I honestly think the deals are pretty solid.
Toronto Raptors trade:
Jermaine O'Neal
2009 2nd Round Draft Pick
Miami Heat trade:
Shawn Marion
Marcus Banks
Thoughts: It looks like Miami is very hesitant to move Marion for O'Neal, rumours that Sacramento and Brad Miller are now leading the Marion sweepstakes, we add a 2nd rounder, which looks to be 35-40 range this year and hope that they take it.
Toronto Raptors trade:
Andrea Bargnani
Anthony Parker
Joey Graham
2009 1st Round Pick
Phoenix Suns trade:
Amare Stoudamire
Thoughts: Amare Stoudamire wants out of Phoenix, and both Sacramento and Toronto have called GM Steve Kerr about his availability, Colangelo deals his golden boy, expiring deals and our 1st rounder for the franchise player Stoudamire -- this may be overpaying, but it's hard for me to look objectively at the deal, I think Phoenix accepts this for sure.
Aftermath - ages in brackets
Jose Calderon (27)
Jason Kapono (27)
Shawn Marion (30)
Chris Bosh (24)
Amare Stoudamire (26)
The Raptors have a young, dynamic starting lineup, absolutely zero depth, but we have no depth as it is. Shawn Marion can walk in the offseason in exchange for younger talent at the wing position, or if it works, we can sign him. Chris Bosh and Amare Stoudamire both have great incentive to sign back in Toronto in 2010 as they represent a deadly front court duo for the next 10 years together.
All trades work under the rules of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
I would do it for sure. Colangelo would never trade Bargnani though.. There were some reports out of Phoenix today saying that everybody on the Suns is on the block except for Nash. A Bosh-Amare duo would be awesome. But a lot of us said that about JO as well..
If the Suns are really shopping Amare, it would be worth offering them the deal you mentioned without the pick. I'd like to keep Bargnani, but this is good value for him. If they didn't go for it (and yes, we would be ripping them off, I'm just hoping they're desperate), I'd be content to give them the pick too. But I'd really like to start keeping first round picks one of these years.
So our starting lineup has exactly one person who can defend, and we would have the worst bench in recent NBA history. We really shouldn't have to give up Parker to make that deal work, getting Graham, Bargs, and what will be a high 1st rounder should be enough for the Suns, a small expirer like Parker wold not be necessary. Parker is vital to our backcourt since he's the only one who can defend. Maybe if they sent back like Alando Tucker.
I don't like the fix because a) it's too late to salvage this season, b) Bosh and Amare would not be able to coexist for long, c) we actually give up too much to get Amare, d) we would really, really run the risk of ending up without losing JO to get Marion, who might leave, and losing Bargnani and Graham and god only knows how high of a pick (watched Harden last night, dude is SICK, Roy meets Pierce) for Amare, who might leave, and then still having Bosh leave in 2010.

I have to admit, I like this ridiculous trade thread idea, just like you said, your propals is very unlikely to happen but it does incite discussion and other random ideas. So props to you!!
That being said, I am one that beleives the Raptors should stock-up on draft picks. This year's crop might not include a LeBron or Dwyane but it's stacked in wingmen. Some prospects can come in and contribute immidiatly, others are more regarded as projects (and they should stay an extra year in the NCAA). The numbers are there and the Raptors need to adress their need at Shooting guard and Small forward.
I agree with you that a Bosh-Stoudamire combo creates more fear than a Bosh-Bargnani combo and Shawn Marion would instantly become a stud at the 3. But what's left after that? Toronto's perimiter defense is still as weak as it is now, if not weaker with Kapono at the 2. The team's depth would also take and enormous hit, having nothing left to back-up Marion and Kapono is a huge factor why I think T.O. needs the draft the fill some of it's needs.
Again to honor your thread, I will take your idea even further...
The past couple of months were pretty hard for the Toronto Raptors, it's players, management and also us fans. Random solutions are popping-up on ISH, random so-called NBA "experts" try to retain their relevence by flapping their gums and stir-up rumors and some fans grow sour on certain players.
I've always liked Chris Bosh, in my opinion, he's a true professional and an enormous asset for the Raptors and the NBA. His work ethic is what impresses me the most and he's a very skilled athlete that has yet to stop improving. On the downside, I don't think Bosh is the type of player that can single-handedly change the outcome of the game like the Kobe's of the NBA. I think Bosh would be better suited being "teamed-up" with a "good" wing, Marion for example. For that to happen, the Raptors need to find that RIGHT deal. But what if it doesn't come? So for all the Bosh detractors and Stephen A. Smith here's my Ridiculous fix for the Raptors
Incoming Players Mike Miller
Salary: $9,028,575 Years Remaining: 2
PTS: 9.2 REB: 5.8 AST: 3.6 PER: 12.62 Corey Brewer
Salary: $2,725,920 Years Remaining: 2
PTS: 6.2 REB: 3.3 AST: 1.7 PER: 11.37 Brian Cardinal
Salary: $6,300,000 Years Remaining: 2
PTS: 1.7 REB: 1.1 AST: 0.7 PER: 7.50
Outgoing Players: Anthony Parker, Chris Bosh, Joey Graham
It sucks for Bosh to end-up on a team like Minnesota but Matching him with Al Jefferson could be a good fit for the wolves and CB4 gives the Raptors one last key contribution.
Before the draft the Raptors line-up would look like this:
Point Guard Calderon - Ukic - Solomon Shooting Guard Miller - Kapono Small Forward Moon - Brewer Power Forward Bargnani - Humphries - Cardinal Center O'Neal - Voskuhl - Jawai
After the 2009 Draft:
Point Guard Calderon - Ukic - Tepic/Pargo/Rice Shooting Guard Miller - Gerald Henderson - Kapono Small Forward Moon - Aminu/Clark/Smith - Brewer Power Forward Bargnani - Humphries - Cardinal Center O'Neal - Hasheem Thabeet - Jawai
In my opinion, this could be a very dangerous line-up, O'Neal would be playing for his last NBA contract, Miller and Bargnani are also playing for contacts, so expect atleast one of them to have a big year. Henderson and any top small forward in the draft have the potential to come-in and contend for R.O.Y.
Then there's 2010... The Toronto Raptors sign Chris Bosh and still have cash leftover!!!

Worst trade ever. Let's trade a rising star in Chris Bosh for an aging Mike Miller, Corey Brewer, BRIAN CARDINAL and some picks for a **** draft. I guarantee you a lot of people will be disappointed with the 2009 draft. Lot's of potential at the wings, but I don't see them becoming any special until at least 4-5 years in the league. We don't have time to spend on prospects, unless you want to go on a 5 year rebuild mode and lose Bosh for sure and have nothing. We could get far more for Bosh if we were to trade him (BC will not). I'm thinking we could raid the young talent on teams like Portland, Golden State and the Clippers and get proven prospects with skills instead of banking on draft picks that rarely ever work out for us.

I guess my twist at the end of my "proposal" wasn't as obvious as I thought. I've been looking, maybe too much, at the draft as the Raptors solution for the "wing problem". But I do think that there are a few gems to be found in the draft. I'm really high on Gerald Henderson (Duke biased), given he isn't a superstar, he's a smart and athletic player, who plays well both ways, on and off the ball.
I do agree with you when you mention teams such as Golden State and Portland are loaded with young wings ready to breakout and they could potentially hold the key if Bosh was to be traded.
The Clippers are an intriguing team to deal with... Young players like Al Thorton and Ben Gordon would be great to get in return for Bosh (if he was to be traded) but who's contract would the Raptors have to accept? Best Case would be Marcus Camby's... Then there's Zach Randolph's, Bosh + Parker for Thorton + Randolph? Would a Thorton/Gordon + Kaman deal possible? Worst case... Toronto gets Thorton, Gordon and Baron Davis' nasty 5 year contract for Bosh and company. Personally I'd willingly welcome Camby back if he brings Thorton or Gordon along with him, hell, why not both?

Ben Gordon is playing in Chicago, dude!!!
You mean Eric Gordon?? LA Clip won't trade Gordon, they are very high on him, he was playing great lately. And they have plenty of horrible contracts to trade us, Randolph, Davis, Camby (i like this one), Kaman...
They won't give you Thornton and Gordon together, are the only decent players they have.

Yes... Eric... ERIC... I must of inhaled something to get that wrong... I admit getting both Thorton and Gordon in the same deal would be a amazing steal, even if we had to deal with Baron's horrible contract.
