Bummer. You would have had 7 foot NBA dreams for sure.
Have you been to a reunion and guys that were 6'2 in 7th grade are now bigger than you?
Start of 7th grade I was 5'5. End of eighth grade I was 6'3. 6'4 in 10th grade. 6'5 in 12th, and stopped at 23. It was hereditary.

6'2 is still freakishly tall in 7th grade.

I was a solid 5'10 in 7th grade and stood above 95% of kids in the school.

I had really long arms and legs my whole life and my shoe size corresponded with my age til the age of 16. After that I started to even out. Doctors thought I had a disease or something, until it was discovered that my great great grandfather was 6'7 and 310 pounds, and on a standard door could flatten his palm on the floor and the other palm at top of the door.
I had no coordination til 16 or 17.

I'm 19 and 6'2. Not sure if I'm done or not. I probably won't go past 6'3 if I do keep growing. I hit my growth spurt somewhere from 8th-10th grade, then grew steadily after that.

That's a borderline giant for an adult.
