Why do I bite my lip often recently when I am ...

It sucks! Really really hurts! The worse part is that I bite the same place.
Anyone else has experienced this before?

I used to have a friend who bit his lip until it would bleed. It's more disgusting than nail biting when it starts bleeding in my opinion. Must be a habit of nervousness or excitement or something.

I sometimes do that. Once you start doing it, you'll continue to do it until after a while. I bit myself in the lip 5 times, and that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that your lip is going to have a bump or is going to swell.

I also sometimes accidently bite my tongue (the worst of them all)
and the sides of my mouth. I hate those swellings.

I thought the reason was I hadn't eaten meet for a long time, So I ordered the pork this noon, and still bit it,so hurt I almost shed a tear.

Probably because after you bit it the first time, the area swelled up, making it easier to bite on again.

I bite my tongue sometimes when I eat, not my lip. Hurts like a *****.
