The Clippers have been holding on Sofo's draft rights since 2003. Unfortunately he struggled through four games in Las Vegas, averaging 2.5 points a game on 33.3% shooting. He didn't record an assist while turning the ball over 2.2 times a game.
At this time, the team is not planning to sign Schortsanitis to a contract for the upcoming season.
Sad to see Lucas and Hughes not returning, and the Sofo news surprises me. Won't be surprised if we can deal his rights for a 2nd round pick or something.

My guess is that it was his choice not to stay. Last year when they hired him, didn't he say that he was only coming as a favor to Dunleavy? Maybe I'm wrong but I feel like that's why he agreed to join in the first place.

Lucas I understand because the team is no longer under the direction they were going in, pre Mike D firing. But if Hughes is being pushed out.. the he was done wrong. The guy's been payin' his dues..
