Lately i've been weaksauce in the post. I haven't played bball for months, and essentially lost all my moves. i struggle to get position and am constantly getting punished down low. anyone have any tips to refine my game back to its skill level. i almost played college ball so i am no noob.
Sounds like a strength issue. If you are strong enough, you can get where you need to be. Kobe is only 205 pounds now, but he has strength and uses his body well. As for the moves, just start practicing them. There are literally hundreds of moves you can do... Just get creative.
