I dislike how people compare two movies one that is epic and then one that hasnt even come out yet. How about we watch the second film before deeming it comparable? But Reeves does carry a certain type of persona that is perfect for the film.. it wasnt solely about his acting.

Oh and the inclusion of Vanessa Hudgens in Sucker Punch is already making me doubt Zack Snyder's judgement..

It looks to be in the vain of the graphic novel stylization like 300. Which is gonna make it a little different than the Matrix.

But even still, do you remember the first time you saw the original Matrix? It'd be tough to match that.

Not terribly excited about this movie. Sin City has been the only movie filmed like this that I care for. I'd be very surprised if this movie is even close to The Matrix in my mind.

The expectation alone made by a thread like this... will ensure that theres no way it reaches the nostalgia of the original Matrix.

I have the first Matrix on my computer right now. Quality movie that really kick started my interest in such a concept. I just wish the two movies following it were better. I would really like to see another movie that tackles the same subject.
