Default Sixers roster today

Jrue Holiday/Lou Williams
Jodie Meeks/Evan Turner
Andre Iguodala/Thaddeus Young/Andres Nocioni
Elton Brand/Marreese Speights/Craig Brackins/Lavoy Allen
Spencer Hawes/Nikola Vecevic

Speights, Nocioni will most likely not be on the team when the regular season starts (whenever that may be).

Lavoy Allen I'm still puzzled at. Seems like a Speights player. You see the potential but there are things that will hold him back that dont revolve around talent. Not comparing them at all but making the point that with both players you had/will have expectations that they'll fail to meet. Speights has reached that point and I just got a feeling Lavoy will follow suit. He really didnt wow me at Temple. I mean if Sixers get rid of Speights/Nocioni, depending who is brought back he may or may not make the team.

I can see him making it and spending time in the DLeague ala Brackens.

Speaking of Craig Brackins, if he has improved as a player he might be able to see some minutes. I'm not a fan of the face up big man who likes shooting. He was weak at defense and rebounding since being drafted. And wasnt particularly strong (light in the ass). If he has improved any of these areas just a good amount (not talkin overnight success). He could see some action as opposed to sitting and watching from afar.

I dont see 50 wins from this bunch. Too much would have to happen/fall into place. I'm not one to wish upon a star like that. Team could do 44-45 healthy at best. Thats not based on guys improving like Jrue, Evan, Brackins, and what the rookie big man could bring. Just going by this team doing what it did last season.
