Glen Davis has been the focal point of his team's offense so I'd hardly call him a role player.

Reggie Evans has single-handedly saved his team from defeat two out of the three games. He gets the prize.

What about freaking Nick Young. Coming off bench playing 22 mpg.... putting up an INSANE TS% of 81.3 percent. To go with 12 ppg. He's shooting freaking 62 percent from field, 71 percent from deep. His offensive rating is batshit crazy at 140.

Simple. Just don't fly into Texas. Going to make a Lakers/Spurs playoff matchup veeeeeeeeeeeeeery interesting.

True he's been taking more shots and playing more minutes out of necessity I'll give you that, but to me he's still a role player like he's always been his entire career (for the same reason a Jordan Hill filling in for an injured Bynum+Gasol and averaging 18/12 would still be called a role player) asked to more or less temporarily fill bigger shoes, and doing a damn good job, exceeding everyone's expectations really, despite doing nothing spectacularly well.

He's neither a Manu ie an established star taking a backseat and coming off the bench, nor has he been showing me he's in the same mold of Millsap/AJ/ZBo last four games. That said I think his performance might warrant him more minutes next season and allow him to blossom as a player.

Orlando had a serious shot of knocking out the Heat with Dwight Howard. Him and BBD would have wrecked havoc on the boards.
