Default What do we need?

If we dont get Payton back then we def. need a backup for J will. Also if we dont get Zo we need a Backup center. Besides that list some players that we could use and that we as a team could afford to help the team needs.

I think we need a backup for J-Will even if Payton doesn't come back.. and I can't see him coming back another year.

A quick, defensive minded guard is what we need, if he can shoot the 3 its even better.

We're most likely brining in E.House...

Someone cheap and servicable. Riles has already said he's not likely to use the MLE, because the Heat are near luxury tax.

Also, Dan Horton, on the summer league team can play. I would not rule out him earning a spot on the 15 man roster.

Shaq is getting old obviously

Zo may not come back

Payton may not come back

The most important thing the Heat can do is get younger. Just build around Wade since he is just about unstoppable and will be for a looooooooong time.

I think the Heat will have a lot of trouble just because they were so dominant in the paint last year because either Shaq or Zo was in the middle 95+% of the time. If Zo doesn't come back, they can't replace that...
