Just pre-ordered the James Bond 50th Anniversary Collection (22 movies). It was down from $199 to $169 and figured that was a decent value.

I love the series as a whole. Some great action/adventure movies in the series' run. Even the stinkers (Man with the Golden Gun, A View to a Kill, Die Another Day) have some element of campy charm.

I think all of them already were remastered previously for individual and combo Blu-Ray releases. I assume this is just combining them all together with a few extra bells and whistles.

True, like most box-sets I suppose.

I'm not sure if this is a pricing error or description error or what but I'm gonna give it a shot.

Amazon.ca has the Blade Runner 30th Anniversary Collector's edition for $22.99. Seems like a huge steal at that price. It lists it as "The Final Cut" but the images show the upcoming Collector's Edition and it also shows a release date of Oct. 23 which would indicate it's that as well.

Tempted to pick up the Hunger Games, but the ultra violet DC turns me off of it, so I may just get that through iTunes.

Pre-ordered the Avengers, and may get it Wall-E, and the Blade Runner thing that Qwyjibo posted.

Also somewhat tempted on the Bond thing, but I don't think I can justify that, or come close to justifying it

Apocalypse Now steelbook is another distinct possibility.

Just counted and not including tv series, I have 54 blu-rays.

Well since Christmas I've gone from 0 to 114 Blu-Rays.. and I've still got quite a few that I'm either waiting to release or for the price to drop some.

Also, I just got a 3DTV so I'm slowly starting to collect 3D versions.. only got 2 so far.

Thinking of starting a bluray collection. Debating on whether to go steelbook. I love the look but I hate that I won't be able to loan them out to friends and family.

I love when Best Buy has Reward Points Bonus offers with their sales.

Rack up those rewards and cop Criterion Collection Blu Ray's at 75+ % OFF from their website later.

I have 1,500 bonus points on the way after buying:

Goodfellas
Almost Famous
Boogie Nights
There Will Be Blood
The Talented Mr. Ripley
The Shining
The Dark Knight Rises
The Warriors
L.A. Confidential
