Default Should the Celtics blow it up?

With the news of Rondo coming today, should the celtics think about their future now and move the veteran pieces for draft picks and younger parts? They weren't contending before and for sure this would be a waste
At this point. What do you think? It's a harsh reality that people need to consider. Who do you move?

Default Re: Should the Celtics blow it up?

Nope.

Move the pieces. Get your post defender and rebounder. Maybe Nene is older than you'd prefer (tho I'd take a shot). You have Gortat and maybe someone like Kanter would do well, tho I don't see Utah being smart enough to go with Favors and Millsap/Jefferson.

A trade centered around Jeff Green seems legit.

Tho not for Kanter. Maybe Bradley, tho I know the Celtics are in love with him.

They may as well have blown it up after they traded Perkins.
