I'm hard-pressed to think of what else he could have done to defuse that. Those two women were completely irrational and it looked to me like they were both just acting like a pair of wild animals for the sake of it. I marvel at the patience he showed before finally tazing that dipshit, cos I would have probably put her face through the glass.
