Default Child Adoption question..

Last december, there was a kid that was left orphaned after the Dad an NFL player shot himself and shot the mom also. If someone was to adopt the kid what steps would one take?..

reread the question buddy. it says ("If someone was to adopt the kid what steps would one take?..") what steps does one take. just answer the question if you know what to do. stop complicating issues.
