Kobe still has his eye on moving up on the All-Time scoring list, he would like to retire as #1 or as close to it as humanly possible...let's say Kobe were to fall an average season's worth of points short, he would never get over it....no matter how many rings he won.......that's just how Kobe is. So you can absolutely forget about Kobe sitting out for the team's future.

That very well may be true, but last I heard he was interested going after ring number 6 and 7. If that is the case he is better served sitting. Because there will be no ring next year.

As much as I hate to agree with DK again..... he is right. Any way around it, we need to see where Dwight goes first. Speaking in hypotheticals can go in circles forever.

To officially put an end to the craziness about Kobe sitting out this season read this!!!!

Exactly what I said

Kobe wants more rings AND a shot at the All-Time scoring lead.

Kobe's goals will always make him mentally, and therefore physically ready to play basketball. Im not worried about him. Im sure he'll come back fine.

While we're at it, did anyone hear that Vujacic and Farmar want back on the lakers?
