The Younger Years
On the night he was born, his mother was not in a good way. Months earlier, she had discovered she was ill, and had been driven insane by the pain. Slowly but surely, the young, vibrant woman her family had known decayed into a ill, pain ridden, shattered woman. She stopped going out to work. She stopped answering her families calls. She stopped changing out of her white, floral patterned night gown, and over time it became corroded and coated with grime and her own waste. She becamehell bent on self torture and yearned for the day the child was born so she could finally be alone and fulfill her destiny.
He was born in the middle of the night. He was stillborn.
Follow. The embers.
