Super late posting this but Season 4 was basically an entire filler storyline for the writers to figure out a way to kill Andrea and re-introduce Merle to the group and to figure out a way to kill him w/ the "lesson" being don't hesitate when you make a decision because if you do it will come back and kill you while using the prison and town of Woodbury as the backdrop.
Carl seems to be the only who understands this.
Story-wise it was great hearing Carl bring up to Rick that he was alone w the Governor and coulda killed him and ended all of this, just like the audience was saying.
Could you imagine the lack of respect Carl would have for Michone or Andrea knowing they had that same opportunity and passed on it also.
Quite possibly the worst troll attempt for this season. Worse than mine.
Just caught up. Been watching for a while now but only finished season 3. Was disappointed with the finale. Oh well, gonna start watching Breaking Bad and maybe GoT so they'll keep me going until October. Heard they were better than TWD
I like TWD, but BB owns it. Haven't got into GoT. I don't care for medieval fantasy stuff.
Judging from what little I've read/seen of the comics, they seem to do the action part of the story really well. The video game has done a incredibly good job getting the drama. The TV show kinda treads the line between the two and doesn't do either too well. I get that the budget won't allow for heavy action all the time but then write some smart characters! Please.
