I'm not sure how I feel about PER. It's so misleading and just doesn't seem that reliable. When Hayward, Tobias Harris, Jeff Green, Kevin Martin, Irving, Rudy Gay and Chris Bosh are ranked ahead of Chris Paul, something is wrong with this "advanced" stat. There are too many examples like this when it comes to PER for me to put a lot of stock in it.

No it doesn't, it says that their statistical output per minute is is in the top-10, but they are both playing less than 20 minutes, so they can't be compared with people playing starters minutes.

And, they are both playing awesome and having a high impact on their respective teams. Two of the best role players in the league right now.
