Re: Grand Theft Auto V discussion
Looks like I can't visit this thread anymore. Don't want anymore spoilers/videos before I get this
Hope my pre-order will arrive on time, but still have to wait to get home from work on tuesday. I need to figure out how to get some time to actually play this

Re: Grand Theft Auto V discussion
Sharing a PS3 with older sister and brother who will want to also be playing a lot is making me lose hype for this game. It'll basically be me playing for maybe an a hour-an hour and a half and then off for the rest of the day, while my friends will be on it all day long

29 minutes of gameplay, including 2 missions from Franklin (and Lamar).
The dialogue is so humorous; city is so live and the shooting is so damn fluid.
I bet you'll LOL at the 18:20 mark of the video...

It's two pretty standardized missions, it's a spoiler but not a major one.
Based on the gameplay you can tell it's at the beginning of the game because "tutorial" pop-ups show up throughout the video.
The one thing I noticed is how SIMILAR it is to Los Santos in San Andreas. I swear, if any of you guys watch the video...remember Grove Street neighberhood? With the gym really close to CT's house? I swear I felt like Franklin was driving through an identical area, but it just felt much more live. The game looks stunning. Birds chirping and flying, so many more civilians in the game and it honestly feels like a real city.
Just looks like a PS4 title to me honestly.

I've been reading a small bit from those who've played it or watched it thus far. The consensus seems to be that time of day and location make a huge difference in terms of population density. I saw some folks who sounded concerned then watched a stream where someone drove into L.A. and had those fears instantly alleviated.

Why not? That's the only time you get to experience GTA V, because your siblings are gonna be hogging the Ps3.
