I put 2000's Shaq vs Duncan. They were more of rivals, then kobe vs duncan.
more defending each other.
For lebron, his rival is paul pierce and the celtics.

OP puts Hakeem with Jordan despite them never meeting in the finals; Kobe with Duncan despite them never defending each other; and Kawhi over Durant who when healthy (this year being an anomaly) is arguably the best player in the game.
