76ers Notes

SEATTLE - Chris Webber may be playing for the 76ers, but his heart is in Sacramento, Calif., where has owns a number of businesses, including a newly opened restaurant called Center Court With C-Webb.

During his visit Tuesday to Sacramento, when he participated in the restaurant's opening, Webber talked with fans who asked him whether he felt the voters' overwhelming rejection of a sales-tax increase to build a new arena meant that the Kings were about to leave town.

Webber was asked whether he was interested in being part of a group to bring a team back to Sacramento if the Kings left. The question made him smile.

Man we should have never traded him. Do you know he's going to expire the same year Kevin AND Ron expire? While we're stuck with ****ing Kenny Thomas for 4 years and 8 million per... That trade still DISGUSTS me.

I don't know what to say. That trade kinda made sense for the Kings but I can't see why they aren't more agressive in shopping K9.

They should have traded him for expirers a long time ago.

muss seems to like Kenny a lot....i don't. i mean i like what he does, his rebounding, job of gaurding the great PF's in the league, and all that....

The trade didn't really benifet either team. But Kenny Thomas was a very solid player for us. He was a walking double-double at 6'7,6'8.

Let me be the first one to admit that I've been hating on K9 more than he deserves to be hated on.

he's the same for us but he seems to be a little aloof on offense. He drops passes that he should score off of and he misses way too many layups
