Salmons is probably droppable. Bynum might be a good pickup for you, because as long as you're going to make the playoffs, he'll be helpful during them. Sounds like he'll be back around the end of March, and you could use some help in the big man dept, especially with blocks.

Dropping Nazr for Dampier might be a parallel move.

Would you consider dealing Wade now before his inevitable "shut down?" You could get a solid PF and decent guard for him now, maybe an Okafor and a Rip or something similar?

What place are you in right now? Are you a lock for the playoffs pretty much?

Are you thinking of dealing Wade or no? Maybe to a team that needs to try to make the playoffs? He'll be gone by the time playoffs start I'd guess

Well I kind of want to stay competitive in assists. My leagues basically the standard yahoo league where five people check their lineups and the other seven haven't been on since the draft. Not much trading, like three season.

Dropping either Nazr or Salmons to stash Bynum away for the playoffs sounds like a good move.
Try dealing Wade for a PG.
If you can pull off a Wade for Deron Williams .. that will be awesome.
If not, Try a 2 for 1 with you giving up wade for Randolph + Rondo or Okafor + Rondo or similar type of big+PG combo.
If Anthony Carter is on waivers, he can help in assists
Not much else though
