Default Sonogram tomorrow for my inflamed liver, anyone had a similar circumstance?

High cholesterol @ 265 (high LDL)

My liver is also inflamed, going to do a sonogram tomorrow at 11 to figure out what's the problem. I also will stop drinking here on out, had my final goodbye Saturday night.

Anyone else was under similar circumstances?

I need to eat healthier. My stomach got HUGE for a skinny guy like me. I am only 145lbs @ 5'9 and I'm gaining stomach fat from all the unhealthy eating for the past two years.

Looks like I need to utilize the gym membership I have been paying for the past 2 years monthly

Before I opened the thread I figured it was alcohol related... lol... what do you mean you don't know what the problem is?

You'll be surprised how much of an effect diet will have. Alcohol too of course.

I'm not sure about inflamed liver, but I know you don't want fatty liver. Often a stepping stone to other serious hepatic issues.

Oh man, that ****ing sucks. If it's fatty liver, be extremely careful with what you put into your body. Absolutely no alcohol. At all.

That being said, 265 is extremely high. You really should fix your diet and start working out.

How much and how often do you drink, BTW?

Anything with high oil content is absolutely terrible for you. That with no exercise.

I mean dude if you're eating pankcakes and sausage for breakfast, cheeseburgers for lunch and steak for dinner literally every single day... it's no wonder... otherwise it's probably just bad genes and you'll just have to be careful with your diet... but I'm not a doctor in the slightest.

i guess its probably fried food & soda/juice... i wouldnt think that would kill your liver though more just make you fat and maybe pancreas issues right?

Nah, crap food destroys your liver. Too much fatty food and stuff with high sugar content can cause fatty liver.

You can eat junk, but just not everyday and you have to work out. If you don't, your body will get ****ed.
